N.B. A further hearing in the High Court relating to UNISONS Judicial Review of ET Fees is due to be heard in the next few weeks. This comes after it was accepted by the Secretary of State in the Court of Appeal hearing concerned with the original ruling that in light of new evidence a fresh hearing was required.
