The President of Employment Tribunals has issued Presidential Guidance in relation to the general case management of Employment Tribunal claims. You can see a copy of the guidance here:
It is important to bear in mind that guidance is issued pursuant to Rule 7 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. Tribunals are required to have regard to it, but it is not in and of itself, binding.
