One of the most frequently searched for topics on this site is in relation to the subject of variations to terms and conditions of employment and TUPE.
Whilst other areas of employment law can be technical, most at some point involve a degree of logic, reasonableness and/or common sense. However, I would describe TUPE as one of the genuinely more legalistic issues that I have to deal with as an Employment Barrister.
