Utilising your organisations absence management procedure, I work through various scenarios relating to the absence management process. Where appropriate, I draft documents such as occupational health reports, decision letters which are then discussed with participants to identify what went well and what could be improved.
Crucially, the training also covers the relationship between absence management and the disability provisions of the Equality Act 2010, particularly reasonable adjustments and discrimination arising from disability.
